This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected in connection with services provided as a Mortgage Agent Level 1 licensed in Ontario under Dominion Lending Centres FC Funding (Brokerage Licence #10671).

- Credit information: where you provide written consent, we (or lenders on your behalf) may obtain your credit bureau report from Equifax and/or TransUnion.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information only for purposes you would reasonably expect, including:

- Administering and servicing your file, including document storage, renewal outreach, and follow-up.

- Lenders (banks, credit unions, monoline lenders, trust companies, alternative and private lenders).

- Dominion Lending Centres FC Funding (the brokerage of record) and its authorised compliance staff.

No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure. Please do not send sensitive information (SIN, full banking details) via unsecured email. I will provide a secure upload link for such items.

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with applicable law and regulatory recordkeeping requirements. Under MBLAA and FINTRAC, mortgage files must generally be retained for six (6) years after the later of the file closing or the last client interaction.

- Withdraw consent (subject to legal and contractual restrictions).

Commercial electronic messages (email, SMS, WhatsApp) are sent only with your express or implied consent, in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every commercial email contains an unsubscribe mechanism. You may also opt out of text/SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
9. Cookies & Analytics
This website uses basic cookies and may use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand visitor behaviour in aggregated form. No personally identifying information is stored in cookies without your consent. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
